Stovetop BBQ Chicken

Stovetop BBQ ChickenThis is a tender and tasty main dish for 6 people.


Ingredients
36 oz. (2 bottles) of your favorite BBQ sauce
12 oz. (1 can) of Coca Cola® (original, not diet)
8 pieces of chicken (thighs, boneless and skinless)

Preparation
Mix BBQ sauce and Coke in a large skillet. After mixed, add chicken. Cook on low heat for 2 hours. Turn chicken once.

Cornbread Casserole

Cornbread CasseroleThis is the perfect compliment to BBQ Chicken (or anything else).


Ingredients
14.5 oz. (1 can) creamed corn
14.5 oz. (1 can) whole kernel corn
1/2 stick of butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy Brand® corn bread mix

Preparation
Mix ingredients together. Pour into 9” x 13” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.

Cook's Notes
Add shredded cheddar cheese to top when removed from oven for extra cheesy goodness.

Green Bean Casserole

Green Bean CasseroleVegetables that everyone will love.


Ingredients
87 ounces (6 cans) green beans, canned, drained*
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
10 oz. (1 can) Cream of Mushroom soup
3 ounces (1 sleeve) chopped Ritz Crackers®
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Combine green beans, sour cream, cheese and soup; gently stir together to mix well. Spread mixture in a 9” x 13” baking pan. Sprinkle chopped Ritz Crackers® on top. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Note: *May substitute frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained.
